The festival beckons Negrenses to rediscover their roots, reminisce the past and reacquaint themselves with life in Negros Occidental. The 13 cities and 19 municipalities of the Province of Negros Occidental will once again come together for the "Festival of all Festivals" on March 20-27, 2010. The Annual Cultural Tour of Negros Occidental (ACTNO) organized by Mon Hofileña, now on its 37th year, is the longest running cultural tour in the world. The tour is an excellent way both for Negrenses and non-Negrenses to know Negros Occidental. And there’s no better person to do that than Mr. Ramon Hofileña.
