The Association of Negros Producers (ANP) will hold its 23rd Negros Trade Fair from September 30 – October 5, 2008 at The Tent of Rockwell Center, Makati, with the theme “With The Times”.
The 2008 Negros Trade Fair will once again feature the best and latest products of ANP producers of furniture, gifts and houseware, fashion and garments and food. The annual event has always been looked forward to not only by buyers but by Manila-based Negrenses. This will be another time for them to savor authentic Ilonggo dishes.

Manuglibud dancers will welcome the guests serving famous Negrense recipes and food such as ibus, puto lanson, fresh lumpia, panara served in the traditional Bilao.

Enjoy authentic BACOLOD “ Inasal” the way it should be eaten… garlic rice, chicken oil, ka mayan and outdoor ambiance to make it truly a “ street –side” experience.
