It’s owned by the San Carlos BioEnergy Inc. which is mostly owned by planters in San Carlos City including the Ledesmas.

There is an ongoing problem on waste water treatment for sludge pond of San Carlos
Bioenergy, Inc..Is the managemant open for any company to engage for a contract to treat the
waste water? Of course we will conduct pre-demonstration proposals. We have a waste water treatment company to help deodorize the spent wash of the plant.Thank you and I’m looking forward for your response.

I passed by the Bioethanol plant last month in San Carlos on my way to Mina in Calatrava and I could say that this will make a great impact on providing jobs for the sugar workers in times of crisis.
