Ayala Capitol Central Will Finally Start Construction

Ayala Capitol Central will finally start construction with the groundbreaking held yesterday. Everybody’s already excited with the P6 Billion development project since this will be mean an estimated 5,000 jobs for the Negrenses.

The mixed used development will cover 9 hectares, 4.04 hectares of which has been leased from the Negros Occidental provincial government.

To be built on property at San Juan Street is the Amaia Steps Capitol Central, two 9-storey residential buildings with about 288 units per tower with the North Tower to be built first. Amenities include swimming pools, landscaped garden, children’s play area and a multi-purpose hall

Amaia Steps Bacolod North Building

To be built on the provincial government property facing the north side of the Capitol Lagoon Park is the Seda Capitol Central, an 8-storey hotel with 155 rooms. This will help boost Bacolod City as a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) destination.

The Capitol Corporate Center and Ayala Malls Capitol Central will be built behind the Provincial Capitol building. The Capitol Corporate Center will be a 4-storey BPO office building on about 6,000 square meters, while the Ayala Malls Capitol Central will be a regional mall with about 70,000 square meters, including events facilities for  events.  The design of the Ayala Malls Capitol Central blends well with the neo-classical design of the Provincial Capitol.

Below is the proposed locations of the Ayala Capitol Central development.
