BacoLaodiat which was coined from Bacolod and Lao Diat (Fookien word for celebration) is Bacolod’s way of celebrating the Chinese New Year. In celebration of the Year of the Water Snake, Bacolod will attempt to land in the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest human snake.
