The breakfast buffet is open from 6AM to 10AM daily and much like any buffet, there are different stations. Typical of Nobu restaurants worldwide is its fusion cuisine characterized by the Japanese-Peruvian inspired creations of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
Pastries have Japanese touches like Matcha (green tea flavor), Sakura (cherry blossom flower), Miso (fermented soybean paste), and Umeboshi (pickled plum). Next to the pastry section is the cereal choices and silken tofu if you want to opt for a light breakfast where you can choose from the different fruits available.
If you want a Filipino “silog” breakfast, the “Eggs Your Way” A La Carte item gives you the option of hard boiled, soft boiled, poached, sunny side up, over easy, or over hard eggs. Don’t forget to try their signature French Toast because it’s really very delicious. Once you try it, you will not long for any other french toast. Aside from the casino and nightclubs, there’s also family-friendly entertainment at City of Dreams Manila. The Dream Play by DreamWorks Animation is an interactive and technology-rich play space with an education-based entertainment concept inspired by the concept of learning through play.
Both children and adults can interact with their favorite characters from DreamWorks Animation’s franchises such as Kung Fu Panda and Shrek through storytelling and educational play. The whole family can have fun and learn together as they engage is different activities such as wall climbing, toy building, and cooking classes.
