At the heart of City of Dreams Manila is its Casino, which is surrounded by three world class hotels: Hyatt, Nobu and Crown. Even if you’re not into gaming, staying at one of these hotels should still be in your radar if you’re looking for luxury.

The Nobu Hotel was inspired by the world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa who owns 32 Nobu restaurants around the world and Nobu Hotel City of Dreams Manila is the first in Asia. The hotel has a total of 321 spacious rooms with Japanese-themed design.

There are three choices for room accommodation at Nobu Hotel: Corner room is 42 square meters, the Executive room is 46 square meters, and the Nobu Suite which is 68 square meters. Opt for a room overlooking the pool because it also has a very good sunset view.

All of the rooms are equipped with all the the modern amenities of a world class hotel. Breakfast Buffet at Nobu Hotel Restaurant

Your room at Nobu Hotel comes with buffet breakfast at the Nobu Restaurant. The choices may not be as extensive as other luxury hotels, but the breakfast spread are quite unique to Nobu Restaurant.

The breakfast buffet is open from 6AM to 10AM daily and much like any buffet, there are different stations. Typical of Nobu restaurants worldwide is its fusion cuisine characterized by the Japanese-Peruvian inspired creations of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa.

Pastries have Japanese touches like Matcha (green tea flavor), Sakura (cherry blossom flower), Miso (fermented soybean paste), and Umeboshi (pickled plum). Next to the pastry section is the cereal choices and silken tofu if you want to opt for a light breakfast where you can choose from the different fruits available.

If you want a Filipino “silog” breakfast, the “Eggs Your Way” A La Carte item gives you the option of hard boiled, soft boiled, poached, sunny side up, over easy, or over hard eggs. Don’t forget to try their signature French Toast because it’s really very delicious. Once you try it, you will not long for any other french toast. Your dining experience is also complemented by the smile and warmth of the staff who are there to assist you.
