AFC CHALLENGE CUP 2012 QUALIFIERS (PLAY-OFF MATCH)
09 FEBRUARY 2011: PANAAD PARK AND STADIUM, BACOLOD CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) is now accepting Grandstand Ticket Reservation for the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Challenge Cup 2012 Qualifiers – Play-off Match between the Philippine and Mongolia scheduled on 09 February 2011 at 7:00 PM to be held at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

General Admission tickets FREE
Grandstand tickets Php 300.00 (Three hundred pesos only)
How to reserve the tickets
The PFF shall only accept ticket reservations for Grandstand area through ELECTRONIC MAIL ONLY. Interested parties are requested to send emails to ticketing@the-pff.com with the subject line Re: Grandstand Ticket Reservation and with complete details of the following (eg.):
Full Name: Juan Dela Cruz
Contact Number: 0917.XXX.XXXX / 5XX.XXXX
Location: Manila or Bacolod City or Cebu, etc.
Number of Ticket/s: (MAXIMUM OF 10 TICKETS ONLY)
All ticket reservations will be on a first come, first served basis.
All email requests received by the PFF before 18 January 2011 are requested to RESEND their reservation in the correct format and to the correct email address as instructed above. The PFF shall only be accepting reservations UNTIL 11:00 PM OF 26 JANUARY 2011 (WEDNESDAY).
Please also note that the PFF shall be confirming the receipt of your ticket reservation with the corresponding reservation number, which shall later on be used to claim your ticket/s.
How to pay for the reserved tickets
Deadline of payment for all reserved tickets will be ON 28 JANUARY 2011 (FRIDAY). All unpaid tickets will be released on a first come, first served basis on 09 February 2011 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM only at the Panaad Park and Stadium Ticket Office.

No cash payments will be collected for the reserved tickets. An official PFF receipt will be provided upon pick-up of the purchased ticket. Kindly fax a copy of the deposit slip to the PFF Office at the soonest for verification purposes.
Where and when to claim the reserved/purchased tickets
For Manila-based requests, tickets may be claimed at the PFF House of Football, 27 Danny Floro corner Captain Henry Javier Streets, Oranbo, Pasig City on 02 and 03 February 2011 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM only.
For non-Manila-based requests, tickets may be claimed at the Panaad Park and Stadium Ticket Office on 07 and 08 February 2011 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. Unclaimed paid ticket requests from outside Manila and Bacolod City may be claimed at the Panaad Park and Stadium Ticket Office on 09 February 2011 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM only.
Remember to bring the following documents when claiming the tickets:
1. Printed PFF ticket confirmation
2. Original valid identification card (passport, driver’s license, SSS ID, company or school ID)
3. Copy of deposit slip
All documents are compulsory. No ticket/s will be released without the above-mentioned documents. No walk-ins will be entertained on the above-mentioned dates.
How to obtain tickets AFTER THE TICKET RESERVATION DEADLINE
Remaining Grandstand tickets will be open on a first come, first served basis on 09 February 2011 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM only at the Panaad Park and Stadium Ticket Office.
Important Reminders
1. No ticket reservation will be entertained through landline, SMS/MMS message, Facebook or Twitter.
2. Please observe deadlines and time schedules. There will be no exception on the specified dates provided above.
3. Grandstand ticket buyers may authorize any representative to claim ticket/s on their behalf provided that the required documents listed above are presented together with an original authorization letter.
4. Lost tickets will not be refunded or replaced. PFF ticket confirmation response, PFF receipt or bank deposit slips will not be accepted as replacements to lost tickets.
