The Welcome Park is seen to be a major tourist stop. In addition to the Welcome Marker, visitors will have access to souvenir shops, retail stores, cafes, and restaurants within the 7.5-hectare Northill Town Center which will be constructed starting  2019.

The Northill Town Center will be the first commercial district along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road with an expansive mall, leisure, entertainment and lifestyle shops. There will be a parking area to accommodate 30 vehicles for visitors who want to stop by and enjoy the amenities at the Welcome Park. Another unique feature of the park is a replica of the Bacolod Government Center which will house a McDonalds restaurant.
