Merzci Silay 4th branch reopens to the public on on February 15, 2023 after undergoing renovation in order to serve the Silaynon better.
Merzci Silay 4th Branch is a full store serving fresh breads, delectable meals and mouth melting pasalubong treats. It is open daily from 5:30am to 8:30pm with seating capacity for 190 customers. It is located at Rizal Street, Barangay 2, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Merzci is a trade name of the CM and Sons Food Products, Inc., that was establish as family enterprise in 1995 in Bacolod City. Supplying breads to a single store in Libertad, Merzci started as a small bakery that eventually became a popular and expanded its own branches around the city and supplied products to satellite dealers all over the province. Merzci also evolved into a fast-food restaurant serving scrumptious and affordable snacks and short order meals to Negrosanons.
