Ena Louis Velasco was crowned MassKara Queen 2012 at the pageant night held at the University of Saint La Salle (USLS) Coliseum last October 18. The 20-year old BS Biology student also awarded Best in Gown, Miss 2GO, and Miss New Coast Boracay.
