Megaworld breaks ground for Forbes Hill in Bacolod

Property giant Megaworld formally breaks ground for Forbes Hill, the company’s first and only upscale residential village in the Viasayas. The project is located at the 53-hectare Northill Gateway township along the new Bacolod-SIlay Airport Access Road.

Forbes Hill may be Negros Island’s most expensive village and it features its own courtyard garden entrance with giant European-inspired fountain. Forbes Hill has 15 hectares but will only have 197 lots, making it one of the most exclusive villages in Bacolod. Forbes Hill will offer its residents with expansive flood-free roads, parks and open spaces, underground cabling system and first-class clubhouse amenities.

Nestled along the quiet side of the integrated urban township that will soon have its own mall and commercial center as well as lifestyle and recreational facilities, Forbes Hill will rise to be the home of Bacolod’s privileged few.

Leading the groundbreaking ceremony were (from L to R) Megaworld’s joint venture partners Eugene Lacson Gawad, Anna Liza Fregil-Lacson, Philip Lacson and Suzette Lacson; Rachelle Peñaflorida, VP for sales and marketing, Megaworld Bacolod; November Canieso-Yeo, sales director, Megaworld Bacolod; Engr. Jed Tolosa, site engineer, Megaworld Bacolod; and Nichole B. Jocson, project manager, DK Jocson Construction.
