In celebration of the National Heritage Month, the Negrense Heritage Society will be holding the Ilonggo Food Festival on May 12, 2010 at The Ruins, Talisay City from 11am to 8pm.
The event will be highlighted by Food Booths of Local Restaurants highlighting Traditional Ilonggo fare and modern interpretations of classic dishes. There will also be musical entertainment featuring Ilonggo Music and Ilonggo Folk Singers.
